ORDERING INFORMATION

There are a number of ways to order from Otis Leather.  

1. Send an email to john@otisleather.com or use the "Contact Us" button below and tell us what you would like to order, including any personalization that you would like.   Emails are answered as quickly as possible.

2. If you prefer to talk to a real human on the phone, use the contact button below and request that we give you a call.  We intentionally don't publish a phone number on the website, but would love to discuss your order.  We can call you, or we'll give you a number to call at your convenience.






3. While visiting the website, use the                                     to order through Paypal.    

You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay using this method.

Payment Information

When using methods #1 and #2 described above, an invoice will be emailed to you.  Contained in that email will be a detailed breakdown of your order, as well as several options of how to send payment.

When using option #3, you will be prompted to pay directly through Paypal using the options that Paypal sets forth.  Please keep in mind that using the "check" option through Paypal may result in a hold of your order.  If you need or want to use an electronic check, please order using options #1 or #2.

Regardless of order method, you should receive an email confirming that we have received your order.  If you chose a personalization option, you will also receive a proof showing you what the engraving will look like as well as the fonts that are available to you.  It is important that you approve your proof so that you get the engraving on your item exactly how you want it and avoid spelling errors, etc.  Once approved, your proof is printed out and taken to the 3rd party laser engraver with your leather.  Leather is taken to the engraver and picked up on Friday afternoons only.
IMPORTANT!  

If your order is for a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, etc please let us know.  Often your order can be filled and send before your deadline if we know when that deadline is.  Rush charges may apply in certain instances.
